Our Oro is crafted exclusively from boiled must and matured for at least 25 years in barrels of premium woods. The Consortium’s master tasters awarded it +300 points during blind tasting.

The patient refinement enriches our Oro Balsamic Vinegar with a unique aromatic complexity and intense and persistent bouquets. Its velvety texture and the perfect equilibrium between sweetness and acidity elevate any gourmet dish to perfection. It pairs exquisitely with matured cheeses, fresh fruits or desserts, and it can also be tasted at the end of the meal as a digestive.
