Our Argento is crafted exclusively from boiled must, it matured for more than 12 years in premium barrels and it received by master tasters a score of +270 points.

 

Through careful maturation, this Balsamic Vinegar develops an intense, enveloping bouquet and a harmonious, sweet, and rounded palate. The balance between delightful acidity and silky texture enriches elegant dishes, red meats, game, mature cheeses, and enhances the flavor of fresh fruits and refined desserts.
