Our Aragosta is crafted exclusively from boiled must and aged for at least 12 years in barrels of various dimensions and premium woods. It was awarded +240 points by the master tasters.

 

Its shorter refinement contributes to a delicate, harmonious aroma and lively acidity, ensuring our Aragosta is both versatile and vibrant in the kitchen. Its fluid texture and balanced taste make it the perfect companion for enhancing fresh salads, grilled vegetables, white meats, fish and young cheeses - while also adding a delicious touch to fruits and desserts. 

 

The product is presented in the official tulip-shaped 100 ml bottle, and housed in our elegant presentation box complete with one pouring cap and one glass dome - the perfect solution to discover and share the authentic flavor of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO.
