We use safe packaging that preserves the quality and integrity of our traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO.
Yes, our Balsamic Vinegar is fat-free, gluten-free and suitable for coeliacs as certified by the Italian Coeliac Association (Associazione Italiana Celiachia, AIC). Additionally, it does not contain preservatives, colorings, thickeners or caramel and it is made exclusively from natural ingredients.
Our products are already sold in an elegant gift box, complete of a pouring cap and glass dome.
Storing is simple: the bottle needs to be kept at room temperature.
Strictly speaking, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO has no real expiration date. After aging more than 12 years in different wooden barrels in a home attic with varied room temperatures and thanks to its high levels of natural acetic acid, the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO is an exceptionally stable product that does not deteriorate over time and has no true shelf life.
Over time, the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO - Oro (Gold) label may crystallize. In this case, simply immerse the tightly sealed bottle in a container of warm (not boiling) water for about ten minutes.
